This is a delicious brioche recipe composed of almonds and cinnamon and covered with a lemon glaze.

Baking Time: 35 minutes at 355° F (180° C)

1. Mix the flour, salt, sugar, yeast, egg and cinnamon in the beater’s bowl. In a saucepan, melt the butter in the milk, then incorporate into the vat. Mix until soft and smooth.
2. Cover and let rise for 2 hours.
3. Prepare the filling : mix the butter, almonds, sugar and cinnamon.
4. Lower the dough on a lightly floured rectangular-shaped worktop.
5. Cut 3 strips in width.
6. Brush each strip with the filling, then fold each strip over itself in length.
7. Arrange the strips in the mold, vertically.
8. Let rise for another 30 minutes at room temperature.
9. Preheat the oven to 355° F (180° C).
10. Bake for about 35 minutes.
11. Remove the mold.
12. Mix the icing sugar and the lemon juice and spread immediately on the brioche.
