Prep Time: 10 minutes + 2×1 hour for letting the dough rise
Baking Time: 25-30 minutes at 355° F (180° C)

For the filling
1. For the dough : in a large bowl, mix all ingredients until you get a dough (make sure that the salt and the yeast are not in contact with each other, otherwise the dough will not rise). Cover with a clean kitchen towel. Place in a warm space and allow to rest until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
2. Prepare the filling by mixing all the ingredients in a small pan. Cook to medium heat for about 5 minutes. Set aside.
3. Roll the dough in a rectangular shape (ish !).
4. Spread the filling above the dough.
5. Roll the dough.
6. Cut 10 pieces of it (approximately).
7. Place the pieces in a mold. Cover it and let it rise for about 1 hour.
8. Preheat the oven to 355° F (180° C).
9. Cook for about 25-30 minutes.
