1. In a large bowl, beat the butter and the egg.
2. Add the lemon juice and the zest, and mix.
3. Add the sugar and mix.
4. In a medium bowl, mix the flour and the baking powder. Add this mixture to the previous one and mix until you get a dough.
5. Put the dough in a bowl and set aside in the fridge for 30 minutes.
6. Preheat the oven to 355°.
7. Pour some granulated sugar into a bowl, and some icing sugar in another bowl.
8. Took some dough into your hands and shape flat macaroons.
9. Roll each macaroon first into the granulated sugar, then into the icing sugar.
10. Put the macaroons on a baking tray, not too close from each other.
11. Put the baking tray in the fridge for 15 minutes.
12. Bake for 15 minutes. Be careful: the biscotti shall not be golden, otherwise they would be overcooked!
