We always make muffins with sugar. So why not try this recipe with salt?

Baking Time: 20 minutes at 355° F (180° C)

Ingredients
- 10 small potatoes (550 g)
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of plain yogurt
- 4 tablespoons of grated cheese
- 6 tablespoons of corn starch
- 2-3 slices of ham, cut into thin slices (150 g)
- salt-pepper
Instructions
1. Cook the potatoes.
2. Puree them.
3. Add the eggs and mix well.
4. Add the white cheese, then the corn starch and stir.
5. Add grated cheese, ham and salt & pepper.
6. Mix well and spread in the muffin molds.
7. Bake for about 20 minutes at 355° F (180° C).
