Ingredients
- 1 cup + 2 tablespoons of butter, softened (250 g)
- 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar (200 g)
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup + 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour (200 g)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/3 cup of cornstarch (50 g)
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 cup of hazelnuts, ground (50 g)
- 1/2 cup of hazelnuts, chopped (50 g)
- 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips (100 g)
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven at 350° F (180°C).
2. In the food processor, froth the butter and sugar.
3. Add the eggs and mix.
4. In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, cornstarch and baking powder, then add to the mixture and mix without working too hard.
5. Add the ground and chopped hazelnuts and the chocolate chips and mix delicately.
6. Spread in the mold.
7. Bake for about 55-60 minutes.
