A good vegetable soup with slices of grilled cured ham: a perfect combination that is both delicious and healthy!

Ingredients
For the soup
- 1 shallot
- ½ tablespoon of butter
- 12 oz of broccoli (300 g)
- 2 cups of vegetable broth (5 dl)
For the filling
- 2 tablespoons of heavy cream
- salt, pepper to your taste
- 3 slices of cured ham
Instructions
1. Melt butter in a large saucepan and sweat coarsely chopped shallot.
2. Cut the broccoli into florets, remove the stems and wash. Add them to the shallot and steam for about 3 minutes.
3. Moisten with broth, bring to a boil, then simmer uncovered for about 15 minutes.
4. Mix.
5. While the soup is cooking, cut the cured ham into strips and brown them slowly in a pan.
6. Add the cream to the soup and season to taste.
7. Divide soup among bowls or plates and garnish with slices of cured ham.
