Why? Because this bread is simply delicious thanks to the parsley and the garlic! Yummy!

Ingrédients
- 4 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 sachet of active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup + 4 tablespoons of warm water
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of butter, softened
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons of parsley
- 1 yolk
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients, except, butter, cloves, parsley and yolk. Mix for 15 minutes.
2. In the meantime, peel the garlic cloves and squeeze them.
3. After 15 minutes, add the butter, the parsley and the squeezed garlic cloves and mix for another 15 minutes.
4. Cover the dough and let it rise for 10 minutes.
5. Form your bread, the shape you want. Put the bowls on a baking tray.
6. Cover your bread and let it rise for 40 minutes.
7. Preheat the oven to 425° F.
8. Cut the bread with a knife, only on the surface.
9. With a pastry brush, spread the yolk above the bread.
10. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
