Ingredients
For the dough
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup of soft butter
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon of basil
For the filling
- 1 pound of ground meat
- 1 bell pepper, cut in small pieces
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of grounded basil
- salt-pepper
- 1 egg
Instructions
1. Mix all the ingredients of the batter in the robot, until a homogeneous paste is obtained.
2. Separate the dough into 4 equal balls.
3. Spread each part in a circle on a lightly floured work surface.
4. Preheat the oven to 400° F.
5. In a bowl, mix ground meat, pepper, garlic, parsley. Add salt-pepper to your taste.
6. Place 1/4 of the stuffing on the bottom half of each circle.
7. Fold the top half.
8. Weld with fingers.
9. Brush with the egg.
10. Cook for about 30 minutes.
