Ingredients
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/3 cup + 2 tablespoons of light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup of chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons of whole milk
Instructions
1. In a large bowl stir together flour, salt, brown sugar and granulated sugar.
2. Pour in butter and vanilla extract and mix until a dry dough forms.
3. Add chocolate chips and mix on lowest speed.
4. Add whole milk 1 tablespoon at a time with the machine on low speed.
5. Remove dough from bowl and place in freezer until ready for cake assembly or ice-cream.
6. Form small or medium bowls with your fingers and incorporate them directly in the ice-cream mix, cookies mix or cake mix.
