For the filling
Make the pizza dough by mixing all the ingredients in a food processor (avoiding direct contact between salt and yeast) and blend until the dough is homogeneous. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven at 350°F (180°C).
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut out rectangles with rounded edges, about 16 (here by using a lid from a Nesquik box).
Spread each side with tomato purée or tomato paste.
Place sticks about 1/3 of the way around the edge.
Garnish with some diced ham, small pieces of onion, tuna, a mini ball of mozzarella, etc. Anything you like, but it must be cut small and in small quantities.
Place a second rectangle on top of the sticks. Press the edges well.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cook for about 25-30 minutes.
Enjoy warm or cold!
