The season of strawberries has started and we love them deeply, very deeply! Why not doing this amazing roll cake recipe then?
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Baking Time: 5-8 minutes at 390° F

For the Roll
For the Filling
1. Preheat the oven at 390° F.
2. Prepare the Roll by mixing the eggs, the yolks and the sugar. Stirring until well combined.
3. Add the flour delicately with a spatula.
4. Beat the egg whites with the sugar. Then, add it delicately to the mixture with a spatula.
5. Spread evenly the mixture on a baking tray (with a baking paper on it).
6. Bake about 5-8 minutes (be very careful with the baking, it can burn quickly).
7. Put some sugar on your table and turn the Roll upside down right above the sugar.
9. Remove the baking paper delicately right away.
10. Roll it immediately.
11. Let it cool down (at least 30 minutes, but if you wait several hours, the roll will break, so be careful).
12. In the meantime, whip the cream with the sugar.
13. Clean the strawberries and cut them as you wish.
14. Unroll the Roll.
15. Fill with the whipped cream.
16. Add the strawberries.
17. Roll again delicately.
18. Sprinkle with some icing sugar.
