To celebrate July 4th with attitude, here is a delicious creamy and fruity pie, which will be perfect for your dessert!
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Baking Time: 15-20 minutes at 350° F (180° C).
Resting Time: at least 60 minutes
Difficulty: easy
For: a round mold of approximately 10-11 inches Ø (26-28 cm Ø)

1. Preheat the oven to 350° F (180° C).
2. Prepare the dough: in a bowl, dilute the egg with the sugar and a pinch of salt.
3. Stir in the flour, the lemon zest and the melted butter. Mix until smooth.
4. Spread in the plate. Stick with a fork
5. Bake for about 12-15 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the vanilla cream.
Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan and whip well (it is important to whip well, otherwise the corn starch could make lumps).
7. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
8. As soon as the cream thickens, move away from the pan and continue to stir for about 2 minutes.
9. Cool and chill for at least 1 hour.
10. Before serving the pie, spread the cream over the cooled pie pan, evenly.
11. Arrange the raspberries and blueberries to form the American flag.
12. Then spread the whipped cream between each row of raspberries. Happy 4th!
