We never say no to a chocolate cake, especially when it comes from one of the greatest French chefs, Mister Alain Ducasse ! This cake is absolutely terrible, by its lightness, by its fluffiness, it looks like it melts in the mouth ! After these few lines, you surely have already preheated your oven !
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Baking Time: 10 minutes at 390° and 55 minutes at 300°
Difficulty: easy
For: a mold of 11 inches
1. Preheat the oven to 390° F.
2. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder and cocoa.
3. In the robot tank, whip the sugar, eggs and oil at high speed until the mixture becomes smooth, like a mayonnaise.
4. Gradually add the flour-baking-cocoa powder mixture.
5. Add the cream and stir at low speed.
6. Add the milk and stir slowly, without working too much the dough.
7. Pour the dough into the cake pan, previously buttered or lined with a baking paper.
8. Bake for 10 minutes at 390 , then lower the temperature to 300° and continue to cook for about 55 minutes. Check cooking with a knife tip.
9. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before unmolding.
