Ingredients
- 2 leeks
- 2 potatoes
- 2 cups of milk (1/2 l)
- 2 cups of water (1/2 l)
- 1/4 stick of butter (25 g)
- salt-pepper
Instructions
1. Wash the leeks well and cut into slices. Sauté them in a saucepan with the butter.
2. Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces. Add to the pan.
3. Add milk and water and cook for about 30 minutes.
4. Mix the soup, add salt and pepper to taste.
