These muffins are extremely delicious and fluffy with chocolate and banana!

Ingredients
For the batter
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 1 stick + 1 tablespoon of butter
- 5 eggs
- 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
For the decoration
- 1 banana
- granulated sugar
- lemon juice (a few drops)
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 355° F.
2. In a pan, melt the chocolate and the butter.
3. In a large bowl, mix the eggs and the sugar until you get a white texture.
4. Add the chocolate-butter mixture and mix.
5. Add the flour and mix delicately with a spatula.
6. Pour the batter into muffins molds.
7. Cut the banana in thin slices. Put 2-3 slices on each muffin.
8. Sprinkle a little bit of sugar on the banana slices.
9. Pour 1-2 drops of lemon juice on each muffin.
10. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
