Cherry muffins, yes, but with crème fraîche to make them extremely moist and absolutely irresistible!

Ingredients
- 2 cups + 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour (300 g)
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/3 cup of brown sugar (80 g)
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- 200 g of crème fraîche (200 g)
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup + 2 tablespoons of milk (1 dl)
- 1/3 cup + 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil (1 dl)
- 30 cherries, pitted and halved
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a bowl, whisk together the crème fraîche, eggs, milk and oil. Stir into the flour.
In another bowl, mix together the flour and baking powder, then add the sugar and salt.
Add the cherries and mix.
Divide batter among muffin cups.
Bake for about 35 minutes at 350°F (180°C). Remove from the oven, let cool, then remove the muffins from the baking tray.
