A slightly exotic chicken recipe, which mixes cinnamon and orange, giving a surprising taste, but exquisite. Quickly done and really delicious!

Ingredients
- 1 lb of minced chicken (500 g)
- a tablespoon of butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of grounded cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup + 2 tablespoons of orange juice (1 dl)
- 2/3 cup of chicken broth (1.5 dl)
- 2-3 tablespoons of whipped cream
- salt-pepper
- 1 orange, quartered
Instructions
1. Grasp the chicken in the butter.
2. Add onion and cinnamon, cook.
3. Sprinkle with flour, stir.
4. Pour orange juice and broth, bring to a boil.
5. Simmer 5-10 minutes, stir in the cream.
6. Add salt and pepper to your taste.
7. Garnish with orange quarters (or add them into the sauce at the end of cooking).
8. Serve with rice for example.
