This brioche is simple enough to do and contains an amazing filling composed of butter, chives, oregano, garlic, and basil. Plus, very funny to eat!
Prep Time: 25 minutes
Rest Time: 2 x 1 hour
Baking Time: 20-25 minutes at 355° F

For the dough
For the filling
1. In a large bowl, mix slowly all the ingredients of the dough for about 20 minutes.
2. Cover the dough and let it rise for about 1 hour.
3. Prepare the filling by mixing all the ingredients.
4. Roll the dough on a lightly floured surface.
5. Cut circles about 4 inches of diameter with a cookie cutter or a glass.
6. Spread some filling on each circle, but only on half of it.
7. Fold each half above the other, as pictured, and place them into the prepared mold.
8. Put the offcut pieces together and roll it again for cutting new circles.
9. Cover the mold and let the circles rise for about 40-45 minutes.
10. Preheat the oven to 355° F.
11. Bake for about 20 minutes.
