This recipe is inspired by the famous Starbucks cinnamon streusel coffee cake and everyone loves it!

1. Preheat the oven to 350° F.
2. Lightly grease a 9″ x 13″ pan.
3. Begin with the Topping by whisking together all the ingredients. Stirring until well combined. Set aside.
4. Continue with the Filling by mixing together all the ingredients. Set aside.
5. For the cake: in a large bowl, beat together the butter, salt, sugars, baking powder and vanilla until well combined and smooth,
6. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
7. In a separate bowl, whisk together the yogurt and milk until well combined.
8.. Add the flour to the butter mixture alternately with milk/yogurt mixture, beating gently to combine.
9. Pour half the batter into the prepared pan.
10. Sprinkle the filling evenly on top of the batter. Gently spread the remaining batter on top of the filling.
11. Use a table knife to gently swirl the filling into the batter, as for a marble cake.
12. Sprinkle the topping over the batter.
13. Bake the cake about 55 to 60 minutes until it’s a dark golden brown around the edges. Check with a toothpick.
14. Remove the cake from the pan and allow it to cool for 20 minutes before cutting and serving.
