Ingredients
- 2 cups of whipped cream (5 dl)
- 1/4 cup of granulated sugar (50 g)
- 1 espresso (or 2 tablespoons of soluble coffee)
- 1 sachet of agar-agar
Instructions
1. Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan and whisk well.
2. Bring to a boil, stir and remove from heat.
3. Pour the cream into molds and refrigerate for a few hours.
