These homemade breadsticks are very easy to do and very practical when you welcome your friends! Yummy with a taste of curry!
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Rest Time: 1h30 + 15 minutes
Baking Time: 20 minutes at 390° F (200° C)

Yield: 24 breadsticks
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup of all-purpose flour (250 g)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 sachet of active dry yeast
- 2 teaspoons of curry or curcuma
- 2/3 cup of warm water (1.5 dl)
- 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions
1. Put all the ingredients in the robot tank and mix until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
2. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
3. Divide the dough in 4 parts. Divide each part in 6 small parts.
4. Using your hands, form breadsticks of 0.4 inch of thickness approximately.
5. Arrange the breadsticks on two sheets of baking paper.
6. Let rise for 15 minutes.
7. Preheat the oven to 390° F (200° C).
8. Bake for about 20 minutes.
9. Serve hot or cold.
