This recipe is easy to make, the bread is amazing with this mix of olives and dry tomatoes. It’s crunchy outside and fluffy inside!

Ingredients
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 envelope active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup of warm water
- 1/4 cup of black olives cut in small pieces
- 1/4 cup of dried tomatoes cut in small pieces
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until you get a dough (make sure that the salt and the yeast are not in contact with each other, otherwise the dough will not rise). Cover with a clean kitchen towel. Place in a warm space and allow to rest until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
2. Preheat the oven to 400° F.
3. Deflate the risen dough.
4. On a lightly floured work surface, use a rolling pin to roll the dough out.
5. Cut pieces with a knife the shape you want: triangles, rectangles, flowers, hearts, etc.). Place the pieces on an oven plate, covered with a baking paper. Cover the pieces with a clean kitchen towel. Place in a warm space and allow to rest until doubled in size, about 30 to 45 minutes.
6. Bake 20 minutes.
