Ingredients
- 2 yolks
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 can of pineapple chunks
- 1 cup of heavy cream
Instructions
1. In a saucepan, put the yolks, the cornstarch, the sugar and the pineapple syrup. Whisk vigorously.
2. Bring it to the boil. Immediately remove and let it cool down.
3. Once cooled down, whip the cream and stir it directly in the saucepan.
4. Add the pineapple chunks and put the dessert in the refrigerator for a few hours.
