This recipe is very tempting, crusty outside, spongy inside, absolutely divine!

Yield: 10 golden crust rolls
Ingredients
- 10 slices of bread
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup + 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1/4 cup of cane sugar
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- a few strawberries
- Nutella
Instructions
1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and the milk.
2. Put the sugar in a soup plate.
3. Cut the crust of each slice of bread.
4. Use a rolling pin to flatten each slice.
5. Spread some Nutella on each slice.
6. Cut a few strawberries in thin slices and put 2-3 slices above the Nutella (one side only!).
7. Roll each slice pretty tight.
8. Soak each roll first into the eggs-milk mixture, then directly into the sugar.
9. On medium heat, melt the butter into a large pan. Put each roll into the pan and cook them on each side
Eat while it’s warm, with some red fruits!
