Celebrate Halloween with this recipe for gourmet chocolate ghost madeleines!

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup + 2 tablespoons butter (100 g)
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour (110 g)
- 1/4 cup sugar (60 g)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
To decorate
- 2/3 cup white chocolate chips (110 g)
- sugar eyes
Instructions
Melt the butter. Beat the eggs, sugar, flour and baking powder in a food processor, then gradually add the melted butter.
Spoon the dough into a madeleine tin and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Bake for 12 minutes.
Melt the white chocolate and coat the top of the madeleines.
Immediately place sugar eyes.
