Ingredients
- 3 Vienna sausages
- a pot of fresh cream
- grated Parmesan
Instructions
Cut each sausage in half, but not in equal parts. The idea is to make a bundle, so cut one piece longer than the other.
Cut each half on the bias and join the two pieces together at a right angle.
Prick a half wooden skewer into each bundle to hold the 2 pieces together.
Dip the top of the bundles in the fresh cream and then in the Parmesan cheese.
Display the boots in glasses to show them off.
