For the dough
For the filling
1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until you get a dough (make sure that the salt and the yeast are not in contact with each other, otherwise the dough will not rise). Cover with a clean kitchen towel. Place in a warm space and allow to rest until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
2. Preheat the oven to 400° F.
3. Divide the dough in 2 parts. Try to roll each of them in a round shape according to the dimensions of your baking tray.
4. Place the first round of dough on a baking tray. Spread the tomato puree but not on the edges.
5. Spread the ham cut into thin slices.
6. Spread the mozzarella above the ham.
7. With your finger or a pastry brush, wet the edges with water.
8. Put the second round of dough and press the edges firmly.
9. Put a glass upside-down in the center
10. Divide the pizza in 4 equal parts.
11. Divide each part in 4 parts, so you get 16 equal parts.
12. Take the end of each part and twist it 3 times.
13. Retrieve the glass. With a pastry brush, spread a yolk above the pizza. Spread some basil.
14. Cook 20 minutes.
