Why doing this recipe? Because it’s from Jamie Oliver and easy to do. It looks like “Naan”, but a little bit more crunchy!

Yield: 8 flatbread
Ingredients
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 7 oz of plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons of (your choice): parsley, basil, chives, etc.
- 1 pinch of salt
- 20 g of butter, softened
Instructions
1. In medium bowl, mix all the ingredients. Stir until just combined.
2. Divide the dough equally in 8 parts.
3. On a floured surface, roll the dough into a circle (the dough doesn’t need to be too much thin).
4. Bake each flatbread into a pan, a few minutes on each side (medium temperature).
5. Put some butter on each flatbread (one side only) using a pastry brush.
