Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 6 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 1/2 cup of chicken broth
- 4 tablespoons of cream
- salt and pepper
- vegetables of your choice: onion, zucchini, brocoli, bell pepper, etc.
Instructions
1. Cut the vegetables and cook them slowly in a wok with the oil.
2. In the meantime, cut the chicken in cubes and add it to the wok until golden.
3. Reduce the heat and add the maple syrup.
4. Add the chicken broth and let simmer for 4-5 minutes.
5. Add the cream. Then add salt and pepper, and bring everything to the boil for 1-2 minutes.
6. Serve with rice or quinoa, as you wish!
