This cake is so good thanks to the crunchy walnuts and the sweet cranberries!

Baking Time: 1 hour at 350° F

For: a 9 inches pan
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of butter, softened
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 cup of cranberries
- 1/2 cup of walnuts
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350° F.
2. In medium bowl, mix the butter, the sugar and the salt until well combined.
3. Add the eggs and mix.
4. Add the lemon juice, the vanilla, and the cinnamon and mix.
5. In a small bowl, mix the flour and the baking powder.
6. Add the milk to the medium bowl and alternate with the flour.
7. Add the cranberries.
8. Add delicately the walnuts.
9. Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
