Here is a delicious pasta recipe with a gourmet sauce made with garlic, artichokes, green onion, Espelette pepper and cream.

Ingredients
- 12 artichoke hearts, fresh or canned
- 2 lemons, juice only
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 lb of pasta (450 g)
- 2/3 cup of white wine or vegetable broth (1.5 dl)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 green onions
- 4 pinches of Espelette pepper
- 1/3 cup + 2 tablespoons of heavy cream (1 dl)
Instructions
Cut artichoke hearts into quarters.
Wash the green onions and cut them into small pieces.
Heat the oil in a pan with the artichoke quarters. Add crushed garlic, Espelette pepper, wine/broth, lemon juice and green onions.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta.
Add the cream to the sauce. Adjust the seasoning if necessary, according to taste. Drain the pasta and mix it with the sauce.
