It’s pumpkin season and what could be cuter than making pumpkin-shaped buns?! These buns contain sunflower seeds and can be served with cheese, cold meat or any other dish that will please you! They will be perfect to accompany your Thanksgiving dinner!

Rest Time: 2 hours
Baking Time: 30 minutes at 400°F (200°C)

In the food processor bowl, mix all the ingredients, taking care that yeast and salt are not in direct contact.
Cover and let stand for 1 hour.
Form 4 balls of dough. Cut 4 pieces of string of about 16 inches (40 cm) each. Tie each ball by:
Place the pumpkin buns on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
Leave to cool, then cut the string and remove the pieces of thread gently, so as not to damage the buns.
