Baking Time: approx.15 minutes at 420° F
Difficulty: easy
Ingredients
For the dough
- 1/3 cup + 2 tablespoons of warm water
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 + 1/3 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 sachet of active dry yeast
For the filling
- 4 oz of smoked salmon
- 1/2 zucchini
- 8 oz of sour cream
- olive oil
- salt-pepper
- 1 teaspoon of dill
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until you get a dough (make sure that the salt and the yeast are not in contact with each other, otherwise the dough will not rise). Cover with a clean kitchen towel. Place in a warm space and allow to rest until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
2. Roll the dough in a round or rectangular shape according to the dimensions of your baking tray. Cover it and let it rise for 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the oven at 420 degrees.
4. Wash the zucchini, and cut it in very thin slices.
5. Cut each slice in 2 parts.
6. Spread the sour cream over the dough.
7. Add salt and pepper.
8. Put the slices of zucchini in a rose shape.
9. Do the same with the smoked salmon.
10. Bake for approximately 15 minutes.
