This is a wonderful dessert for celebrating the new year! Moreover, it doesn’t take a lot of your time. A perfect dessert recipe that mixes the sweetness of the panna cotta and the sourness of the cranberries.

Ingredients
For the Vanilla Panna Cotta
- 2 cups of whipped cream
- 2.5 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- 1 sachet of agar-agar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Put all the ingredients in a pan. Whisk when it’s cold, then bring to a boil while constantly whisking. Cook for 3 minutes.
2. Put the cream in silicone mould, then put it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
3. In the meantime, prepare the cranberries sauce.
For the cranberries sauce
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 3 1/2 oz of water
- 2 cups of cranberries
1. Put the sugar and the water in a pan. Bring it to a boil.
2. Add the cranberries and bring again to a boil.
2. Now on a medium heat, cook for about 10 minutes, while mixing from time to time.
3. Let cool down and taste. If it’s too sour, add some powdered sugar, one tablespoon at a time.
4. Turn over the silicon mould over a plate and put some cranberries sauce next to it.
