A new recipe coming directly from French Chef Cyril Lignac? Here’s a new take on a very gourmet recipe: white chocolate stracciatella mousse.

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup + 1 tbsp. white chocolate (125 g)
- 1/3 cup + 2 tbs + 2 cups heavy cream (10 cl + 50 cl)
- 1 oz mascarpone (30 g)
- 2 tbsp. powdered sugar (20 g)
- 1 vanilla pod
- 1/4 cup + 1/2 cup dark chocolate shavings (40 g + 80 g)
Instructions
Melt the white chocolate with the 1/3 cup + 2 tbs (10 cl) of heavy cream in a bowl over a bain-marie, stirring until smooth.
In a chilled bowl, pour in 2 cups (50 cl) of heavy cream, mascarpone and vanilla. Whip the cream until stiff, then add the powdered sugar.
Add the whipped cream to the white chocolate mixture, then add 1/4 cup (40 g) of chocolate shavings using a maryse. Pour into ramekins and sprinkle with chocolate shavings (1/2 cup – 80 g).
Chill until ready to serve.
