A chocolate-banana cake made upside down. A delicious recipe!

For: a mold of approximately 10 inches of diameter)
Ingredients
- 3 bananas
- 3 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 cup of dark chocolate chips
- 1 stick of butter
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup of grounded almonds
- 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 355°F.
2. In a small pan, melt the chocolate chips and the butter. Set aside.
3. Brake the eggs, putting the yolks in one bowl and the whites in another.
4. Whisk the yolks with the sugar until you get a white mixture.
5. Add the butter-chocolate mixture to the yolks-sugar mixture and mix.
6. Add the flour and the grounded almonds and mix.
7. Whisk the whites with the salt and add this mixture to the previous one, delicately.
8. Grease the mold.
9. Cut the bananes in thin slices and put them in the mold.
10. Spread the chocolate mixture above the bananas.
11. Cook for about 20 minutes, but don’t overcook it.
12. Once the cake is cooled down, turn it upside down on a plate. Enjoy!
