A delicious soft cake with apples and blueberries. Perfect for summer or for all seasons!

Baking Time: 50-60 minutes at 350° F (180° C)

For: a mold of approx. 10 inches (25 cm)
Ingredients
- 6 apples
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar (90 g)
- 3 tablespoons of butter (40 g)
- 3/4 cup + 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour (120 g)
- 1/3 cup of milk (0.8 dl)
- a tray of blueberries (150 g)
Instructions
1. Melt the butter.
2. In the robot’s bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar.
3. Add the melted butter and the flour, then mix.
4. Stir in the milk little by little.
5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180° C).
6. Peel the apples, cut into quarters and remove the heart and seeds. Slice into thin strips.
7. Gradually, put the slices in the dough. This way, they will not oxidize.
8. Pour half of the dough in the mold.
9. Spread the blueberries.
10. Spread the rest of the dough.
12. Bake for about 50-60 minutes.
13. Let cool down, then unmold.
The trick: replace the blueberries by other fruits you like.
