This recipe comes from the French Chef Cyril Lignac, even though the original recipe is made with pears. Try this one with apples, you’ll love it!

Ingredients
- 6 apples
- 2/4 cup + 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips
- 1/2 stick + 2 tablespoons of butter, softened
- 1 cup + 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup of brown sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Peel the apples and cut them in small cubes. Put them in a platter.
2. Spread the chocolate chips.
3. In a medium bowl, mix with your fingers the brown sugar, the flour and the butter until you get crumble “balls”. Spread the crumble above the chocolate chips.
4. Bake for 35 minutes at 355° F.
5. Serve warm, it’s better!
