Ingredients
For the salad sauce
- 2 tablespoon of mustard
- 4 tablespoons of white balsamic vinegar
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
For the salad
- 4 stalks of celery, cut in thin slices
- 1 cucumber, cut in thin slices
- 1 cup of blackberries
- 2 cups of green salad
- 2 chicken breasts, cut in thin slices
Instructions
- Sauté the chicken breast slices in a frying pan with a little olive oil until lightly browned. Season and set aside.
- Combine mustard, vinegar and oil in a salad bowl.
- Add celery, cucumber, blackberries and salad, then spread chicken over them and mix. Serve immediately.
