Prepare the dough: in the bowl of the food processor, mix the flour and all the ingredients until the yeast is included. Add butter, milk and egg and mix. Knead the whole into a soft and smooth dough, cover it and let it rise for about 1 h 30 at room temperature until it doubles in volume.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Slightly flatten the dough, roll it into a layer the size of the mold. Spread the butter on the dough using a brush.
Sprinkle the dough with sugar.
Spread the berries on top by pushing them in slightly.
Spread the almonds.
Bake for about 35 minutes. Let the cake cool down.
Sprinkle some icing sugar.
