Ingredients
- 1 green salad
- 1.75 oz feta cheese (50 g)
- 12 stalks celery, thinly sliced
- 4 peaches, diced
- 1/4 cup pistachios, toasted and crushed (35 g)
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
Instructions
Place salad leaves, celery pieces and diced peaches in bowls.
Sprinkle with pistachios and feta cheese.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, vinegar and lemon juice, then disperse into each bowl.
Mix well and serve immediately.
