Cherry time! Here we go! They can be baked into crumbles, clafoutis, or combined with chocolate to make a delicious, slightly crusty top, like a giant brownie!

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons of sugar (200 g)
- 3/4 cup of all-purpose flour (100 g)
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 cup + t tablespoon of chocolate (200 g)
- 1/2 cup of butter (120 g)
- 1 lb of cherries (500 g)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Melt the butter and chocolate in a saucepan.
In the bowl of a food processor, beat together the eggs and sugar.
In a bowl, combine the flour and baking powder and mix with the previous mixture.
Add the melted chocolate.
Pit the cherries and cut them into pieces. Stir the cherries into the chocolate mixture.
Pour in the mold.
Bake for about 30 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
