Cherry time! Here we go! We can cook them in a crumble, in a clafoutis or marry them with chocolate to make a delicious soft cake, slightly crusty on top, like a giant brownie!

For: a round mold of 11 inches (28 cm) of diameter
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons of sugar (200 g)
- 2/3 cup of flour (100 g)
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 cup + 2 tablespoons of chocolate (200 g)
- 1/2 cup of butter (120 g)
- 1 1/2 lb of cherries (600 g)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180° C). Melt butter and chocolate in a saucepan.
2. In the bowl of a food processor, beat together the eggs and sugar.
3. In a bowl, combine the flour and baking powder and mix with the previous mixture.
4. Add melted chocolate.
5. Pit cherries and cut into pieces. Stir cherries into chocolate mixture.
6. Pour into pan.
7. Bake for about 30 minutes at 350°F (180° C).
