Pour : a 9-inch silicon mold (24 cm)
Preheat oven to 265°F (130°C).
In a saucepan, melt butter with dark chocolate chips and a pinch of salt.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk the eggs with brown sugar for 5 minutes.
As soon as the chocolate-butter mixture is melted, add it to the egg-sugar mixture along with the flour and mix everything together.
Pour into buttered pan.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Let cool on a rack for 30 minutes. Then store in the refrigerator for a good 3 hours.
Unmold and let cool to room temperature for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with cocoa or powdered sugar if you feel like it.
Serve with whipped cream or plain!
