These rolls are amazing, so soft on the outside and so crunchy on the inside due to the pistachios. The best thing about this brioche? Making it, layer after layer, it’s like a work of art!

1. Prepare the dough. Put all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir until just combined, then cover it and let the dough rise for 1 hour.
2. Preheat the oven to 375° F. Grease a pie plate.
3. On a floured surface, roll the dough into a square or a rectangle (the dough should be rolled fairly thin).
4. Pour the melted butter over the dough. Then sprinkle the sugar.
5. Sprinkle the cinnamon, as much as you want.
6. Grate the orange zest directly over the dough.
7. Chop coarsely the pistachios and sprinkle them over the dough.
8. Grate the chocolate directly over the dough and the pistachios.
9. Roll the dough.
10. Slice the dough in equal slices.
11. Place them in the prepared pie plate.
12. Cover the rolls and let them rise for 20 minutes.
13. Place the rolls in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
14. In the meantime, prepare the glaze by whisking together icing sugar and orange juice.
15. Remove the rolls from the oven and drizzle the glaze over them.
16. Serve warm or cold, as you wish!
