Why doing this recipe? Because this cake is very light, very good and the coffee flavor is amazing!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of instant coffee granules
- 1 tablespoon of hot water
- 3 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 1/4 cups of butter or margarine, softened
- 2 3/4 cups of sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350° F.
2. Grease your cake pan.
3. In small bowl, mix coffee and how water. Let it cool for 10 minutes.
4. In medium bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
5. In large bowl, beat butter, sugar and eggs on low speed for 30 seconds. Then beat on high speed for 3 minutes.
6. Beat in flour mixture, milk and sour cream on low speed until blended.
7. Remove 1 cup of the batter and stir into cooled coffee.
8. Pour remaining batter into pan.
9. Drop coffee batter onto batter in pan.
10. Cut through batters with knife for marbled design.
11. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
12. Cool 15 minutes in pan, then remove from pan to wire rack.
