A very original crêpe recipe (French pancakes) with smoked salmon and chive cream cheese.
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Rest Time: 2 hours
Cooking Time : 10 minutes
Difficulty: easy
Yield: 8 crêpes
Ingredients
For the crêpes batter
- 1 cup of milk (2.5 dl)
- 3/4 cup of all-purpose flour (100 g)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of butter
For the filling
- 7.5 oz of smoked salmon (200 g)
- 7.5 oz of Philadelphia Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread (200 g)
Instructions
Prepare the crêpe batter by mixing all the ingredients with a hand blender (except the butter), it’s faster and won’t leave any lumps! Let the batter rest for about 2 hours at room temperature.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, then cook the crêpes.
Spread a little chive spread on each crêpe.
Place a slice of smoked salmon in the center.
Roll very tightly and cut into small slices. For a slightly thicker slice, roll 2 crêpes together.
Serve immediately or place in the refrigerator until everyone is ready!
