This recipe is very original. Imagine a dough which is sweet and savory at the same time. By putting a little bit of sugar and honey, this dough is fabulous! Moreover, the center is fluffy, whereas the crust is crunchy! Put everything you want on top, like salmon, capers and crème fraiche, ham, onions, baby arugula, etc.

Baking Time: 10 minutes at 425° F

For: a rectangular pizza, approximately 11 inches
1. Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and gently stir together until you have a dough. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth, about 8 to 10 minutes.
2. Form into a ball and cover with a towel. Place in a warm area and allow to proof until doubled in size, about 1 h.
3. Preheat oven to 425° F.
4. Punch dough down and turn onto a clean, lightly floured surface.
5. Roll the dough and place it in prepared baking sheets. Pierce the surface all over with the fork.
6. Brush with small amount of olive oil.
7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Remove from oven and allow crust to cool before topping.
8. Use your imagination for choosing toppings you like!
