Making your own bread is always funny and is something you wanna share with your friends and family. This recipe mixes olives and rosemary, which makes this bread very special!

Ingredients
- 2 cups of bread flour
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary, chopped or 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
- 1/3 cup of black olives, chopped
- 1 teaspoon of active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Instructions
1. Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and gently stir together until you have a dough.
2. Form into a ball and cover with a towel. Place in a warm area and allow to proof until doubled in size, about 1 h.
3. After the rest time, divide the ball in several portions and roll them up.
4. Place the small rolls on parchment paper and cover with a clean dish towel. Allow to rise an additional 30-40 minutes.
5. Preheat oven to 450° F.
6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the loaf is well caramelized and the edges are very firm.
