Ingredients
- 1 3(4 cup of all-purpose flour (250 g)
- 2/3 cup of water at 68°F (20°C)
- 1 sachet of active-dry yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in the food processor bowl (avoiding salt and yeast from touching) and knead for 4 minutes at low speed, then 7 minutes at high speed.
- Form a ball and cover with a slightly damp cloth. Leave to rest for 1 hour.
3. Flour the work plan. Divide the dough into 7 equal portions.
4. Gently roll them into a ball. Cover with a cloth and leave to rest for 15 minutes.
5. Roll the balls again. Place them on a lined baking sheet, placing one ball in the centre and the other 6 around, and sticking them lightly. Flour lightly.
6. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
7. Preheat the oven at 400°F (200°C).
8. Bake for about 25 minutes.
